Leadership Community is a special opportunity for you to learn the steps you will need to reach the next level of leadership here at Westbrook Christian Church. These uplifting, focused and fun-packed days will only be offered two times each year and are a day you will not want to miss. At Leadership Community, we will come together and begin to strategize on what we will each need to fulfill our mission in our church and in our communities…To Know Christ Fully and to Make Him Known.
If you are involved in one or more of the following ministries here at Westbrook, it is of utmost importance that you plan to be here for this training event…children’s, student’s, small groups/spiritual formation, Gente Unida, guest services, worship/creative arts.
This important day will begin with a light breakfast and some connection time with your fellow leaders here at Westbrook. Then, to focus our hearts and minds on our mission, we will engage in a special worship time followed by a few impacting words from Mont Mitchell. Our morning session will follow, where you will acquire the tools needed to climb to the next level of leadership in your area of ministry.
Are you involved in two ministries here at Westbrook? Not to worry! After a refreshing lunch, you will then transition to your next area of ministry where you will learn even more. The day will conclude with a final word from Mont.
Child care is provided as well. It is imperative that you PRE-REGISTER for your training session and childcare.
